Problem Details: When this beatmap https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmapsets/869318#osu/1850979 is downloaded, the resulting map will show "not submitted" as status. This is obviously not correct as it's online and playable etc.

osu! version: 20181231.2

Something about the map seems broken, the website also says that it's rated at 0 stars and that AR, OD etc. are all at 0, which is obviously not true.
