I like UTAU/CiVio/Vocaloid and I'm wondering if any osu! skin that skins all modes exists with characters from the vocal synths I listed.

There are quite a few Vocaloid skins out there, but most of them only has standard skinned. Just google Miku/Vocaloid skins and you should find some.
