[Archived] Black Bar at the right side of the screen during editing

Problem details:
I'm experiencing this black bar whenever I edit a beatmap on the right side of my screen, it offsets my screen to the point where I can't click anchors and buttons properly. But when I play instead, it disappears.

Its not visible when I screenshot in-game.

osu! version: Stable 20181231.2 (latest)

If you have compatibility mode enabled, try disabling it.

Well crap, currently running on an E7200, and theres no graphics driver for that.
I'll have to suck it up for now. Thank you for the suggestion btw.

Enabling compatibility mode doesn't magically allow you to play the game without a GPU or graphics drivers. Whatever is being used for the game with compatibility mode enabled would also be used without compatibility mode. Now, it might work really poorly (or just not at all), but yeah...
