low play count

So I have 107 hours total play time but only 3300 play count. Whenever i see people with my play time, they generally have 10k+ play count. Right now I just play maps with NF and never really retry if i have bad acc/combo. Would it help me improve faster if i retried maps more often?

NF does you no good.
If you can't easily pass a map with NF then it's a sign you shouldn't be playing it.
The only case when playing NF makes sense is when you plan to revisit the map later on to improve (which you apparently don't do).

If you want to play this game competitively you should try to improve on maps you struggle with and that naturally means retrying maps. Just doing the same mistakes on every map again can slow you down in comparison to just learning your stuff on a single map.
