First of all, good is subjective. Second, you can find Kagamine Rin/Len skins just by searching on google. You may also be able to find some in the Completed Skins Compedium (pinned threads in the Completed Skins subforum).
yea, all of the ones that are on osu! forum are old meta. You could try making one or look at my userpage wink wink
