Problem details:
That spinner is invisible
Is it a bug cuz first and last spinner is ok but that spinner is invisible and I cant spin it

When watching your replay, I do see the spinner cuts earlier than it should. However My friend and I were unable to create this problem when we tested it out for our self. Is the spinner still invisible when you play the map again? (Sorry for such a late response.)

Just curious, do you have Compatibility Mode and or Shaders enabled in osu!'s settings. Also, what GPU do you have in your computer?

No it invisible only 1 time (sorry for late response too ;w;)

I use GTX960m and i only enable shader mode and spinner at first and the last it ok but spinner in half song invisible
