Sometimes we need more information than (for example) "my game crashed". Without any further information about it, we are going to waste more time into asking you for the things we need to know. If we already know them, we can help you faster. Even if you gave useless information...it's better than nothing.

- English can be hard. When writing a help thread, feel free to write in your main language.
Any issue
- When you're creating a thread, please keep the osu! version at the end of your thread. For some issues it's good to know even when you think it's not important.
- Screenshots. If you see something we can't see, it's going to be hard to help you.

- Do you see the crash window? Click on the crying girl to view the error log and give it to us.

- Please include a way to download your skin. You can export your skin via the osu! options, then upload the .osk file somewhere (Mega, Dropbox, puush, s-ul..).

Gameplay issues
- Give us a way to download the replay of your play. To get your replay as a file, press F2 in ranking panel and upload the .osz file somewhere (Mega, Dropbox, puush, s-ul..).
- Include a video of your own recording if possible.

- Give us a way to download your map (the latest version). You can just upload it via BSS or export it manually.
