[Archived] Osu!Supporter Tag Purchase Issue

So I added a x1 month Supporter Tag to my my Cart and then proceeded to check out the order.I chose PayPal as a payment option.After paying with PayPal, my payment was rejected because I had another order in my cart.The other order I had was also a 1x month Supporter Tag.Now I have two in my cart.I attempted to check out the first one but it was rejected and same thing happened on the other order in my cart.What may I do to resolve this?

I'm also on mobile

Is there a way I can remove an remove an unsuccessful purchase or previous order from my cart?
I think that is what is stopping me from purchasing a Supporter Tag

No, you can't cancel an order that is in-progress. And it appears that once you click on a payment method it is considered in-progress.

support@ppy.sh is going to be your best bet, otherwise, I believe old orders are removed from your cart after a week or so.
