[Archived] Lag spikes in osu!

Hi, I have problem with lag spikes in osu, I recently got the new SSD so I have clean installation Win10 PRO 64bit with drivers (all up to date) Non of those solutions in pinned post helped me.
It's not really playable or enjoyable to play under these circumstances.
PC specs:
CPU - I5 4690K (4.2GHz)
GPU - nvidia GTX 1070 FE
RAM - HyperX fury 1600MHz (4x4GB)
Motherboard- Asus Z97-P
SSD - Crucial MX500 - 500GB
HDD - WD blue - 1TB

Check your task manager, make sure none of your background programs are taking up your RAM/memory.

I have clean installation win10 and no programs consuming big amount od ram to cause anything.
There are no spikes in ram/cpu/gpu performance when the spike in osu happens
I actually don't know what is it doing, maybe only hope is to peppy fix it
