Problem details: I got my gaomon s56k tablet recently and whenever I try to use it, my cursor gets stuck in the top left corner. All the videos that I've seen are not for this type of tablet so I'm wondering if anyone has a fix. I know that you can disable "compatible with tabletpc" but I don't know how to get to the device driver mainly. I am on windows 10 if that makes a difference. If anyone knows another way to fix this or how to open the device driver, that would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if I'm not good with computers and this is a simple fix.

I can't find my driver folder or tabletconfig.ini in my files. Am I looking in the wrong place?

That line doesn't exist for certain tablets/driver versions, read the part directly above it:

For Huion (excluding the H430P) or other Tablets, Please check for a "Support TabletPC" option or checkbox, disable it.

Otherwise, if that doesn't work you'll just need to set your sensitivity to 1 and disable raw input. You can make your tablet area smaller to replicate an increased sensitivity if you happen to be using one.

Where is the "Support TabletPC" option? In my file explorer on my computer or in osu!? or somewhere else or in my tablet device settings? I'm just not sure where to look to find and disable it.

I would start with using this driver, I'm familiar with it and able to help if thats what you choose to use. And yes it supports your tablet. (https://github.com/hawku/TabletDriver)Or direct link (http://hwk.fi/TabletDriver/TabletDriverV0.1.5.zip)

I think Death was talking about this setting:

The "Support TabletPC" option being referred to in that quote should be in your tablet settings.

I think the Hawku drivers that YYZ linked have a setting that accomplishes the same thing too, so I guess if you feel like downloading them you could try that.

I downloaded the driver YYZ recommended, so now what do I do?

Pretty sure there is a Windows Ink option in those drivers that you can explicitly disable as well. Honestly if that doesn't work, you're probably just going to need to deal with disabling raw input and setting your sensitivity to 1. You can change your tablet area to replicate a different sensitivity.

Ok so I found my original driver folder now. When I try and open the application "TabletDriver" it won't open. I also found my tabletconfig file but there is nothing there. Is there something else I should be doing? Since I can't get into the driver menu, I can't change the tablet area.

Thank you so much for the help I know that this is a pain to you. If this doesn't work then I guess i'll go to one sensitivity.

I guess it's possible they won't open because of Hawku's drivers? I know there is some conflict there, which is why you are asked to uninstall your other drivers when installing the new ones.

Perhaps you could now try uninstalling Hawku's drivers and reinstalling the official ones to see if you can open them.

For me I had to turn off the raw input

How do you disable the raw input for the Gaomon S620?
