Problem details: Hey guys, so i'm having an issue with my osu!. my ms is high and my client stutter.
im running windows 10, i7-6700k
GTX1060
and 8gb RAM
nothing is running in the background, I've tried compatible mode and i tried to reduce the freeze option but it is still the same.
Im playing on a laptop and my goal is to get 1-2 ms if that is possible with the specs.
also my client freezes for about 30-45 seconds when i first start it.
