Problem details: Does the Huion 1060 plus work on osu? If so it is not working on osu and how do I fix this

Does the tablet work when you are not playing osu! (e.g. when you are just on your desktop)?

In osu!'s settings, try setting your sensitivity to 1 and disabling raw input.
