[Archived] can't change to cutting edge on mac?

i'm using osu on a mac. i wanted to change to cutting edge so i could connect my osu to discord. when i go to the release stream thing, it won't let me change from stable (fallback). i can click on the other options all i want but it literally does nothing. is it even possible to change it to cutting edge on mac without messing stuff up?

If you download either the unofficial update or Alpha release from that page you can change to cutting edge. The Stable release (what you likely have downloaded) is locked on Fallback.

Though I'm note sure if Discord integration works through Wine/a Wineskin wrapper.
