[Archived] Random stutters

Problem details: Osu! stutters randomly, making me unable to hit a circle on time, these stutters are compeltely random, I've tried countless things such as: Reinstalling osu!, changing to different clients like fallback, beta and cutting edge; Changing NVIDIA settings and ingame settings.
Problem doesn't dissapear after a restart.

osu! version: Beta 20181101.1

Have you tried Compatibility mode? Letterboxing? Do you have the latest Drivers?

The first thing you should try is disabling SuperFetch, if that doesn't help make sure to check out this thread.
