It would probably be best to wait for them to actually provide more information before throwing out random guesses. Plus, reinstalling should generally be left as a last resort anyway.

Please stop suggesting people reinstall their games. That is a last ditch effort that should only be suggested after all other options have been attempted. (If even then.)
