I've nearly completed this beatmap and it played the sound of failure. I rewatched if I really ran out of health, but I didn't. It just ended.

Uhm , I really can not explain this myself , I mean i had a bug in multiplayer that i died and had full hp again and it didnt revive me but this is completley new to me? Did it submit tho?

I don't think that's something too serious, probably a bug if it happened one time.
