[Archived] Unable to import skin

So am trying to download a skin but whenever I open it, it just keeps saying 'unable
to import skin'. I've tried to open with WinRAR but the file just keeps getting corrupt

osu! version: Stable 20181024.2 (latest)

enable "show file extensions" and change it from fro .osk to .zip and then try to open it with winrar again.
