If it's like 130bpm or below you could probably map 1/8 rhythm if it's suited but only for harder difficulties. If it's like 110bpm or below you could probably space them and make them fast jumps, if it's harder make you can make the jumps at around 120bpm. If it's like 130-160bpm slow streams are fine, they kinda offer a challenge being slow (because acc)
