[Archived] i cannot open osu

Problem details:
cannot open my osu when i try to open it it only say OSU logo and nothing happen

osu! version: Stable 20180811.2 (latest)

Try opening task manager and ending osu! process manually then relaunch the game. To access task manager right click your taskbar -> task manager -> osu! -> right click then end task.

i cant find any text that called osu in my taskbar

He was talking about your task manager, not your task bar.

Please provide your "runtime.log" after trying to run the game. Please also check your event viewer to see if anything is being logged there.

Could you also possibly give us some computer specs?
