Problem Details:
When i play osu! my local records wont go to global ranking + wont make a replay been having this problem for a while

Make sure you have internet connection for scores to submit, otherwise they won't appear in global rankings unless they are submitted.
Death
Do any error messages pop up when you get to the results screen? Can you send your runtime.log after you finish a map?

Judging by that log you are running out of memory.

Try using the default skin and see if the issue still persists. If the issue is fixed after switching skins, please check to see if the skin you were using has a bunch of "skip" elements as we have found that certain skins that have long, high res skip button animations can cause low end PC's to run out of memory and cause program failures.

i figured out the problem it wants me to have free 100GB of space not 97GB seriously why did this want 100GB to be fixed + it does it when i'm doing good at a map

I have no idea what that means. You shouldn't need 100GB of space to play a map. Storage space should not matter in the slightest amount unless you have almost none at all...
