Hi I would like to know if I can obtain a written statement permitting me to use the osu! logo for a jacket I designed.

I made this because I looked through your merchandise section of the store and saw that you were out of stock of the t-shirt you sell and you had no merchandise in the form of a jacket.
I would like to hear back about this as soon as possible.
