Hello there, so, I never had any problems with osu!, I can run the game just fine without any problem,I was a mouse player,but now since I got my new Tablet (a Huion 420) I can't play while On a Discord channel or a Discord call, for some reason, my cursor stutter / skip frames, It just happens when I use discord Channels / Calls, I already looked out for people having this problem but I couldn't find anyone.
