Hi! I'm a relatively new mapper. I'd like to map this song, but the timing on the intro bit seems a bit wonky.

More details in the topic, but basically, the first few seconds of the song doesn't seem to keep at a perfectly steady BPM, so I can't really map to it properly. I have no idea how to fix it, though. Hopefully this'll be an easy problem for a veteran mapper to fix, but I'm stumped as of right now.
