[Archived] My Osu! is Stuttering

So I've been playing Osu! for the past 2 years and this is the first time this has ever happened. When getting on today. My Osu! started stuttering at random points in different beat maps.

My Setup is a
AMD FX(tm)-4350 Quad-Core Processor at 4200 Mhz (2 cores)
8 GB of memory
AMD Radeon R7 250 Series

I also run other games on here perfectly fine but for some weird reason Osu! has started this issue. If anyone can help it would be appreciated!

The video is unavailable, Try disabling SuperFetch.
