I got 3 S ranks today on 3 different songs, only one counted? Why is that

Make sure that the map you are playing is ranked.

Sometimes it takes time for your rank to refresh, just make sure you're submitting scores and the map is not qualified/loved or unranked, it has to be ranked as Bryan said.
