My PC can get roughly .65 MS in game, so i know it isnt an issue with my PC. If you change the custom FPS limit (personally mine is set to 999) you will see that it reports 1.3ms. It is one frame away from 1000, and 1000fps = 1ms. If you use a calculator, 999 = 1.001ms, which would be rounded to 1.00 or 1.1 by the game. But why 1.3 when paused?https://imgur.com/gallery/vRco5mW
