The latest drivers should work just fine for you.

hawku drivers are specifically made for osu, so if you're on 64bit os i'd check them out, then there are official ones
main difference is that official ones have less customization and different way of reading your cursor data (they try to predict where your cursor will go, hawku does not) try both and see which ones are more comfortable for you

but there is 2 of them.
EDIT: i want to use it for both osu! and drawing
Does it really say "System: Windows osu!" on their official website? TIL.
If It had to guess, you probably want to the second one. They've likely tweaked a few settings in the first one that make it slightly better for osu! but worse for drawing.

I know this might sound dumb but is it possible to install the 2 drivers, then use one at a time
Probably not.
The standard xp-pen drivers are good, just config your tablet area and that's all.
