i am trying to know how to change the cursor of this skin:

if you look in the osu skin file you can see more then one cursor, so what do i do in order to select one of them to use in game?

In order to change the cursor you need to change the "cursor.png" (and cursor@2x.png for higher resolutions) image in the base directory of the skin. Whichever image has that name in the base folder will be used as your cursor.

If you make any changes while the game is running, reload your skin using the shortcut combination "ctrl+alt+shift+s". And for future reference for other elements: https://osu.ppy.sh/help/wiki/Skinning
