i had 239-240 fps back then be4 the update, but now its very low. All power options set to best performance, drivers updated, DVR is closed and so on.

Make sure that you don't have enabled Discord overlay or other kind of overlay such as Geforce Experience.

Other than that you could try checking if there are new video drivers and update them.
