Problem Details:

Hello, I recently changed for 1280x1024 and I'm having issues with osu! scale which became way too big. I wanted to know if the problem was coming from my screen or from osu! Thanks

Video or screenshot showing the problem:

osu! version: 20180626.1

Try using the default skin to see if you get the same issue.

Yeah, if this does fix it, I'd suggest resizing your menu gui, or just changing it completely.

Hello, thanks for trying to help. I tried with the default skin but again, the GUI scale's still way too big.
You'll see in the screenshots : The thing for showing your account and rank ingame is on the osu! logo as it shouldn't be , when playing, some circles get to the leaderboard and in the map choosing menu, the map selecting rectangles are so big , they get to touch the leaderboard. (And in the second screenshot you can see that the text for the map video disabling option is cutted so yeah..)

Have you tried lowering your resolution in graphics?

This may be the cause of the problem. Also make sure your positioning is on 0% if the menu still goes off the edge of the screen.
Let me know if this helps

I tried lowering resolution , it works for other resolutions but my problem is with 1280x1024
and surprisingly i don't have the positioning options, i'm in stable and updated aswell so idk.

The song select UI doesn't scale super well on standard resolutions, so there will be a bit of an overlap, that's normal and there isn't anything you can really do to fix that. The in-game playfield is also either 4:3 or 5:4 aspect ratio (I can't remember which one), any extra width added by using a higher resolution will not change that, and so the scoreboard will be off the playfield in those cases, which is probably what you are used to. You can disable the leaderboard while playing by hitting tab.

Changing your skin was meant to resolve the only apparent issue in the first picture you posted, which was the Continue, Retry, and Quit buttons being offscreen on the pause menu.
