Hi! I'm so sorry to hear that you're dealing with this stuff right now, it sucks. But tbh you shouldn't be afraid to talk to anyone, even if they're famous. I'm sure WWW wouldn't mind you asking about drag style. I'm a bit of a noob on Osu, but I have a lot of experience with drawing tablets and such :]
-Your pen nib shouldn't be running down that quickly. Make sure you are not pressing down too firmly. If it's running down quickly even after that, maybe try to contact the company that sold you the tablet & pen. The nib is probably made out of something that isn't durable and you should probably try another brand. I use separate tablets for Osu and art, but I stick to the big brands like Wacom + Huion
-Try to get comfortable with one tablet area! Even if it seems awkward at first, try to stick to one. You won't be able to get used to it unless you give it a chance.
