My pp counter is stuck at 1093.I played a song and then it stayed at 1093 then I checked my profile it said that I got 23 pp recently but it still stayed at 1093. Is there anything I could do?

PP is weighed, so you only gained a percentage of that 23 pp play. Furthermore, every play worth less than that 23 pp play is now worth less than they were before. Read through the FAQ here: https://osu.ppy.sh/help/wiki/Performance_Points
