Problem Details:when I turn off screen mode and set without borders it gives me a lot of lag

Screen mode?

If you are talking about Fullscreen mode, it's not really recommended that you play with it disabled. Unless you are on Windows 7 and can disable Aero, you will most likely experience a lot of input lag.
