im having this "beatmap could not be loaded successfully" problem and i searched that u can fix it by deleting osu!framework.dll from your osu! folder and run the updater osume.exe but i couldnt find them both in my osu folder.

anyone hav an idea whr it is?

Those solutions are very old. Does this issue occur for all beatmaps, or only a few? Where are you downloading the beatmaps from?

no it just happens for the beatmaps that I recently downloaded from here:
https://osu.ppy.sh/beatmaps/artists/2

i downloaded all the songs from the "Haunted House" album
and just added them in osu just like any other song.

Those downloads are beatmap templates. They include the correct timing for the map and some metadata, but no notes so you can't play them. They are for mappers to use if they want to map the song.
