How exactly a Guest Difficult works?
I just have to make a diff for someone or we make a diff for eachother?

For example, if I sing in for a Modding queue for GD and eventually got accepted, then have I to make a diff for him only or does he have to do it too?

The "Guest Difficulty" just refers to your work in another mapper beatmapset, so, the simple answer is: you have to make a diff. for another person because you're interested in the song or in collaborating with the mapper; without any retribution more than a mention in the tags and experience with the mod system.
