Imma stick with my boy 1, I think 1 has more of the progression you'd enjoy whereas 2 seems something to enjoy casually. 1 is also just really different and layered, so I think there's more to appreciate and deem it 'better'.
I felt like I needed to re-assess what my thoughts were on the songs, so I took the time to rate them myself. The results:
#1 - 8.77/10. Engaging, lots of different sounds, and manages to sound interesting with each sound and progression. Well organized, and well executed.
#2 - 9.03/10. Sounds beautiful. It seems to impact me a little, I feel a lot from this song for some reason. The vocal cuts are soothing, and their high pitch acts as what would lull me to sleep. Not exactly engaging in it's drive, yet still subtly powerful without that specific drive, likely due to the mellow soothing mood. It feels comforting. The instrumentation is entrancing. The progressions are amazing.
I'm not sure why, but
#2 was the song that impacted me more. In fact, this was the song to be the oxymoron of its effect -- one of the only songs I've heard that made me feel somewhat emotional, and as a result, i actually felt somewhat suicidal when i first listened to it, as my situation was pretty rough around the time I found it. Due to a previous conclusion, luckily I didnt take those thoughts too seriously and thus, never intended to put suicidal thought to action. Because of how it emotionally impacted me, it feels more notable to me. It feels like it shouldn't, but it is. This was the song to really wake me up and notice things more, to see that I dont have a metaphorical obsidian wall blocking me from emotion, it's that the effects of what i perceive as emotions were diminished. It's what helped me realize I didn't have true apathy, at least, not to it's truest and extreme extent.

Whoah, This is hard to decide from. #1 is like what I'd call my #2 in terms of its mood, but your #2 has some amazing parts to it that involve some interesting ways to progress the song. #1 is consistent, #2 is interesting and the quality varies, as the middle stands out more than the beginning. Took me a bit to notice that #2 was from FELT. Nice.
I'll take my chances and guess
#2. It's too interesting not to think about.

Sorry I didnt respond as quickly as I wouldve, my headphones broke so i cant judge the frequencies and moods as well as I normally would have. I'm taking more time to really try to understand the song. I dont really have much money at all, as I have no form of income and I'm not currently eligible for a work permit with my GPA, I'll have to work hard as a sophomore in highschool to bring it up so that maybe I can have a chance at something that'll at least bring me a check. Until then, my budget is going to be really low for headphones, but I do want some quality headphones, so it will have to be more than what I'm usually comfortable with. My absolute price limit is anything further than $45. That's hard to do, finding good headphones under that limited of a price range, as there are some good headphones that are only about 60 or 70 USD, but are just too much for me to handle long term. I wish to save up as much money as possible for when I'll really need it.
Moving on.
