[Archived] Problems with ping spikes... pls help me

Random ping spikes and freezes
My specs:
- Amd Ryzen 1600x
- Radeon Rx460
- 8 gigabytes of ddr4 ram

Often when i play i see random ping spikes which cause lags...
Normally my ping in game is about 1ms but sometimes it jumps really high for less than a second.

(i reinstalled the game, tried changing the osu settings, reinstalled graphics drivers)

Antiviruses are known to cause issues with their random scans and general behaviour, so at your own risk, attempt to disable or close any antivirus you have running and see if that improves performance. (Obviously turn it back on after)

I don't have an antivirus and i have osu on almost empty toshiba p300 disc. Also i dont have much running in the background (only graphic drivers, tablet drivers, chrome, steam and discord)
(this toshiba is a second drive)
