Delete the testdifficulty through song selection via Rightclick + Delete -> "only this difficulty".
When you reupload your map it will get deleted.
If you want to keep your testdifficulty for testing purposes but not upload it, go File -> Open Song folder, close osu! and Ctrl+X the respective difficulty to a safe place and reopen osu! before you upload your mapset.
