I think I have to play the actual game a bit more and not just the editor in order to reply.
Anyways, I figured it out.
It was the naming of the difficulties.
They were all named with their default names + the difficulty name(In the Song folder), which is why Nightmare was the only song left from my original song, because my second song had a different ultimate difficulty name.
I renamed them to the Song Title + Difficulty and they appeared again.
Honestly I don't know why I didn't try this earlier, it came natural to me when I first
got on my laptop.
Sorry about this, it was probably explained somewhere that you need to rename your song difficulties so they aren't the same.
I am the type to not read instructions and just
try and learn from hands on experience, usually to my determent.
