Why my osu cursors won't move when there is no internet connection?
I dont remember when it happened,but on the past my osu cursors work perfectly fine on offline or online
whenever it offline or dont get any wiffi network the osu cursors wont move all of sudden
i have tried to follow "play osu offline" instruction but none of them are working even the microsoft net framework one
i found one way to fix it but it need to disable raw input which means it hard to play osu
please can someone help me to fix this?
