so a was browsing through a skin maker website and i found two interesting parts that seemed to have a similar theme. the prawliosc skin that rafis uses has the spinner that matches perfectly to what im talking about. ( https://youtu.be/LWJKo5Fka_A?t=46s ) the parts ive found were only the selection mode buttons and the pause back button (shown below):

i not sure if the original skin was posted official on the osu skin forums, the osu skin subreddit, github, the circle people site, or the osu skins database site. but if anybody knows the name of the skin or knows what website it originally came from that would be extremely helpful.
