Your Graphics card doesn't support the required OpenGL version, please read the Private message I have sent you for more information.

I have the exact same problem but yesterday my game worked (i am playing on Stable Fallback) i reinstalled my graphics driver still the same stuff. I'm running:
-windows XP
-1gm ram
-Mobile Intel 945GM Express Chipset Family.

I hope peppy didn't remove stable fallback my rank 240k would be in vain if he did that. PLS help!!

Your graphics card cannot support Stable Latest, and Windows XP is not even supported.

But you say you are on fallback?

found a fix :
-install osu in an other directory and see if it works(without uninstalling the game -first install)
-if it works put the osu.exe in the directory u first intalled and let it update
Now enjoy the game (this method worked for me)!
