[invalid] osu! and osu!supporter changes?

I'd suggest that normal players have the abillity to make description boxes just like the supporters and the supporters can have gifs as their avatars (appropriate ones ofc)

Everyone can already use gif avatars, and removing a supporter perk and making it for everyone isn't really a valid suggestion.
