[Archived] Tablet won't work

Ok so, I recently bought a tablet for just to play osu! ( XP-PEN 420 ) and when I connect via USB the tablet it won't work. Literally in the desktop, osu! or any other type of place to draw & write, the tablet won't work. By won't work I mean i can't move the cursor anywhere; I'm new to tablet topic, so can please someone help? Thanks.

Edit:
The manual just says that there's no need to install drivers.

you want to install drivers if you plan to do anything else than navigate windows

i recommend hawku drivers

Installed them, still it won't find the tablet.
"Driver stopped. Restarting!!"

restart your pc, replug your tablet

also are you sure you have XP-PEN 420?..

I would go ahead and contact XP-Pen if you are still having problems. https://www.xp-pen.com/support/

This isn't really an osu! issue.

Ok so I restarted everything, still doesn't reconize the tablet on the driver. Anyways I looked up on the settings Windows 10 tab and the tablet is actually there, so that means the tablet is in fact reconized by the computer. Can't understand why it isn't actually finding it in the driver. Will contact support and will let you know.
