[Archived] Windows 10 Update causing slow startup and problems

So, after updating Windows 10 to 1803, i've noticed a significant time increase to load osu.
After clicking osu to start, it would normally less than 1s to hear "Welcome to Osu"
But after the update, it would freeze in a black screen for 10s before the main menu is loaded.

Next problem would be Alt Tabbing.
After Alt Tabbing out of osu, and Alt Tabbing bck into osu, it would also freeze at whatever screen it was on before for about 5s.

Please help, have checked that Game DVR is offed. But nothing else is working.

osu! version: 20180510.4 (latest)

people with similiar issues reported that rolling back windows solved the issue (little counterproductive tho)

Windows settings > System > Focus assistant

Disable everything. Worked for me.

omg @spawikka that worked wonders i thought my osu had a corrupt music file cause i had 1 keep appearing saying to reload music aswell but now it seems that wasnt the case. They also had some mic and discord issues. Tons of things windows should just not add with default settings and every update should give us proper run through of the changes.
