Osu! keeps lagging when it shouldn't

Running with:
CPU - i7 3930K 6 Core 3.20GHZ Turbo to 3.40GHZ
GPU - GTX 1060 3GB
RAM - 32GB DDR3 800MHZ

Just keeps lagging when i'm halfway through most songs since the last reinstall of the game and ruins my combo.

osu! version: 20180510.4 (latest)

When you lag do you mean like small stutters or full on lagging. explain further. cause ive experienced a lot of these already I recommend trying these

Compatibility Mode
Reduce Dropped Frames
Turn Fullscreen mode off and on (It works for some reason)
Fiddle around with the Aesthetic options of osu.
