Theres two things you can do about this;

1.DL a latest graphics driver from Intel's Website manually
Just honestly go to intel's website and to it's driver
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics-Drivers

2.Automatically update your Intel Graphics Driver.
Download Driver's Easy (PRO or FREE)
https://www.drivereasy.com/
After that click on SCAN NOW then just simply update the ones needed to be updated.

or just completely not rely to random people and visit this thread

Make sure your are trying to install the correct Intel driver for your system. At the bottom of each download page, this page for example, there is a list of valid products for that driver version. You also need to choose the correct download for your Operating System.

Other workarounds for this issue are making sure compatibility mode is disabled or running osu! with your Integrated Graphics.

To make sure compatibility mode is disabled, open your osu! folder and edit the file "osu!.pcname.cfg" in any text editor. Set the line "CompatibilityContext" equal to 0 and save the file.

It's highly recommended you find the correct Intel driver download because the other two options I mentioned are just temporary workarounds and the problem could reappear quite easily.
