Hello,when i change my avatar and add a render osu make black border automatiquely and i'v seen some people on the who have render (render is an image with no border)

Are you talking about the background of your image?

The new website does not support uploading avatars with transparent backgrounds. You can still use the old website to do this for the time being although the ability to do so will be removed eventually.
