I've been getting a lot of rubber banding lately, is this happening to anyone else? Or am I just the only one?

This game doesn’t require the use of internet, so it’s not rubber banding.

If it only happens at the beginning of maps, make sure that your universal offset is 0

Well, I guess I could say it looks like the notes are reappearing and disappearing, anything else like that?

I also get the lag back aswell, i really need help to solve this.
