I am doing the beatmap packs project and lately I've had some issues reported about the timing. I do these packs on a monthly basis and some maps have been placed in two packs or one is supposedly in the wrong one. I started checking them and found errors like these :
As you can see the dates are different for the same map between the old website and the new one.
I assume that the new website uses my local time (UTC+4), I was wondering which timezone is used for the old website, is it UTC+0 or UTC+9 for Japan or any other timezone?
Knowing this would help me do the packs better and place the maps where they belong. Thank you.
